The weather looks to be breaking so we will be able to get on with training the horses in earnest!

We are having a New Years get together at a local pub and then, weather permitting, Cheltenham Racecourse's New Years' Day meeting.

Weather!!!

This weather may look lovely but makes life with the horses very difficult.  It's dangerous riding out and exercising the horses and there are no end of competitions being cancelled.
We had a group of us who went to the North Cotswold Hunt Ball and we all had the best time.  Good food, company and too much to drink!

How horrible is the weather?  This makes everthing difficult when it comes to exercising the horses.  We still managed to get all the horses out non the less.  Although, alot of time was spent at a local coffee shop!

Welcome to our blog. 

Life at Postlip revolves around our horses.  This week involved, Rose de Rita, having her first racing outing for a long time.  She ran well and we were all pleased with how she reacted to racing again.  She had been fractious on past outings but now seems to understanding what is going on.  This all bodes well for the future.
